Add healthcheck to the docker services! #9

In order to make the docker services and our app work more stable we need to add healthchecks so if the services hadn't run we don't run our app.
The similar work is done in https://github.com/TogetherCrew/python-library/blob/main/docker-compose.test.yml which could help us fix this issue soon.
