Links right now are wrapped which renders them clickable, but I recall that some terminals have support for clickable link, it would be good to have them. Ideally we would also want to keep the original links since some terminals does not have support for clickable links, IIRC systemd have support for them.

I was looking at rust-lang/rust#63128, wonder why there isn't color for rustc --explain, thinking why isn't there cargo explain, then I found that this is a thing. Nice!

I am interested to help work on this if needed.

That sounds like a good feature to include. I will begin adding it at some point, but I'd also welcome a PR.

Probably could look into rusty-man and mdcat since they implemented clickable links too.
