Channel entry message is not translated

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Start the server.
2. Enter the Minecraft client.
3. Login to the server.

Result 1: Shows the message "tc_you_are_now_talking_in_channel" of the ENGLISH language translation.

4. I disconnect from the server.
5. I rejoin the server.

Result 2: Shows the message "tc_you_are_now_talking_in_channel" of the SPANISH language translation.

A clarification:
In config.yml use es-ES.yml
In my minecraft client I use Spanish (Argentina)

What is the expected output?

The "tc_you_are_now_talking_in_channel" message should always be sent in Spanish or in the language selected in the configuration.

Currently, as I mentioned, I chose the Spanish translation. That message punctually, is sent in English on those occasions. After that, it is sent normally in the correct language.
