The description-field is currently just in english, and should be enabled for national languages.

@species Südwind today requested, that this is an important feature for them.
I replied, that it is on our wish-list, but currently not planned for the release at 6.3.
If possible, I would like to talk about the possibilities at the next planning meeting.
