add other sites?

Hello :)

I use TumbleThree quite a long time now, it's a great tool :)
But I'm always wondering if it is possible to add other sites. Twitter support was not there when I first made use of TT.
I always fight with different downloaders to download from bdsmlr.com for example. The current downloader is downloading everything, it does not check if the files were already downloaded and it does not download by increasing pages, but starts from first and last page of the "archive" page. It also loads preview images and originals at the same time, and there is a chance that the preview pic has a bigger resolution than the original, but worse quality.
bdsmlr.com also has continuous loading if you're not using the archive view.

Would it be hard to implement support for this site?
