Jeffrey created the installable package, documented the utility functions and part of the notebook, setup the Jupyter Book, setup the GitHub page and action, and wrote the Makefile.
Quanyi wrote the project summary for the README.md.
Gabriel created the notebook analysis of the housing data, created a local Python library for utility functions, and added Pytest tests for the utility functions.
Samantha added documentation to the notebook and added some instructions for installing the package in the README.md.
