This WebregEnrollment - v1 API is currently only listed as prototype in the API Store.
According to this Collab page: https://collab.ucsd.edu/display/WTS/WebReg
This API is the one to use, last updated 12/Aug/2019. However, StudentEnrollmentAPI - v1 is more recent but seems inactive. Returns 404:
