A lot of the bot's commands send a message to everyone if it fails. Given the ephemeral=true option exists for send_message() (which means the message is only shown to the command user), it would be nice if this is used consistently throughout the bot to make channels cleaner.

I might jump on this next. I'll create a class to handle this, and then go through and call that class where it should err.
