Could not load any language file

I got the newest release (10), download windows portable version, extract with 7zip and then open the main .exe. I get an error message with the text "Could not load any language file". Then the program terminates. Config language set to english. Happens on fresh download and extraction.

Actual behaviour

Terminates after throwing error.

Expected behaviour

Should just work

I also noted, that the same problem happens with version 8 and 5 from the releases page.

I just checked the artifact and can't reprodue the problem.

Kinda taking shots in the dark here, but can you check if the language files are actually there? Should be in the extracted folder under "languages". Also, are the paths very long by any chance? Windows (sometimes) struggles with paths over 260 characters.
