What steps are needed to completely uninstall V2G Liberty and all added files, and undo any changes to config files?

The most "permanent" way is to revert to your version before the install of v2g-liberty from the settings > system > backups. Be aware, you'll lose some of your history.

You can also uninstall the v2g-liberty add-on:
settings > addons > v2g-liberty > uninstall

And then delete the following files and folders if they still exist:
In addon_configs delete the xxxx_v2g-liberty folder
In the config > packages folder delete the v2g-liberty folder
In the config > www folder delete the v2g-liberty folder

Unfortunately I've made too many changes since installing V2G Liberty for restoring a backup to be practical.

I found v2g_liberty_example_configuration.yaml while looking in config.

The installation steps require adding https://github.com/V2G-liberty/addon-v2g-liberty.git to addons -> ⋮ -> repositories, so I have removed that too.

I deleted

homeassistant:
 packages:
   v2g_pack: !include packages/v2g_liberty/v2g_liberty_package.yaml

from config/configuration.yaml

Are there any other files that may have been modified by V2G Liberty or as a part of the installation process?
