When editing the Readme.rmd and pushing the change, the Github Action render-rmarkdown notices a change and gets triggered. However, once it tries to compile the rmarkdown file it gives "Error: Process completed with exit code 1." See the GHA logs for the details.
This wasn't showing up before because the GHA succeeds if there are no changes to .rmd files.
I've tried adding in a line loading the 'rmarkdown' and 'knitr' packages to the GHA workflow in the bcadata repository, but that didn't solve this problem. It could be that 'renv' is not set up for the repository? It seems like the workflow loads packages using 'renv'.
