Shared Device Issue

Hello, I hope you are all doing well.

I just want to ask about the new anti-smurf mechanics. My brother and I have been using the same device (PC) and we have a huge gap in our performance and MMR. His account has been flagged recently that it is associated with a smurf account and I'm worried that his account might get banned because we share the same device and IP. I am on ancient tier and I have never used his account which is on guardian tier. Will this be an issue for him and I?
