A Second Report?

May I suggest that overwatchers get to report too. I've gotten a few (or more) overwatch of feeding/griefing of players who obviously either got their accounts boosted or bought them, also acounts with hacks such as one person playing 2 heroes etc. It would be nice if overwatchers could report too if they suspects account boosting/buying or hacking. The game could be sent to another person after the ow's report. And also maybe a clarification tab would be nice too cause some hacks need explanation especially if the person is not well versed with hacking like I am. I'm getting help from a friend you know.
