Possible cheater

Odd map movement. Always bolts to lone heroes without backup for easy pick offs. Sometimes across half the map running seemingly towards nothing to intercept.
Like 11:30 into replay. Or 13:40. A few most suspicious instances.
The most obvious one is at 20:00 min mark clinkz pings his own jungle with purpose where i am solo farming and kind of becoming a problem he cannot ignore so he slips up and pings fog, he and his team starts moving there despite having no vision there whatsoever.
21:30~ mark he sees np teleport out (he could be anywhere lol) and still teleports top after respawning then somehow miraculously finds him in the trees behind t1 tower.

Outside of cases like this it's hard to tell as he rarely if at all looks at map fog. He just plays like he knows how many heroes are nearby and whether he can get away with things. He moves around the map with impunity like he knows there is no detection and when there is detection, he never walks there except to feed to make it less suspicious.

There were few instances where he looked at plain fog of war but that's not evidence enough by itself. Overall hes not showing that he possibly has a maphack. About halfway through the game i pointed out that it's too obvious so he started feeding randomly i kid you not. 26:35. Sees ward getting taken down then walks up cliff and afks pretty much. Np walks in fog and you can tell he sees him with the way he moves his mouse. Walks into a ward on purpose and feeds.
30:15 necro finishes last cs sticks around t2 tower and clinkz is bolting across the ENTIRE map from middle and pretends he doesnt know necro is there and starts reacting when he comes into vision. He ends up kind of feeding due to overreaction from our team.
Around 39:05 mark he walks into our jungle for a deward and kind of feeds again for a deward. Initially he probably only saw ogre. Evidently maphack doesn't give a cheater brains for all i know he just tunnel visioned or fed on purpose. Alas the whole game is like this. Not to be witch hunting but he appears to be russian or based on his username from belarus and cheaters are most commonly found in those regions. Account appears to be new. Can't glean more unfortunately.

The suspect rarely, if ever, checks the fog of war directly but plays as though he knows where every enemy hero is and whether it's safe to move around. snow rider
After being called out for suspicious behavior, the suspect started playing less carefully and even fed intentionally.
The account seems new and might be from a region where cheating is more commonly reported.
