A couple of workflow improvements

After using SQLiteHunter in anger a couple of workflow imrpvements that would be useful.

1. Add an ignoreregex to enable ignoring rows with keywords like the inverse of filter regex
2. Add collection regex to enable targeting a specific collection in the groupings.
   e.g CollectionRegex:"XProtect" would only select the "MacOS XProtect Detections" collection.
