With commit 958414e basic filter support is finally there, by handing a H5Filter object to the create_dataset proc, which is a variant object defined in https://github.com/Vindaar/nimhdf5/blob/master/src/nimhdf5/filters.nim.

Still to be done (h5 internal):

  • shuffle
  • nbits
  • scale offset
  • fletcher32
