Use Case
I'd like to be able to generate a URL that will both open a file and put the cursor on the specified line (e.g. filepath=&line=5) and also execute a command. For example, I could create a URL that will open a file, put the cursor on the line of a task, and open obsidian-tasks "Create or Edit Task" command modal.

I can get either to work in a URL, but together they do not work. Command overrides line

Example URI
obsidian://advanced-uri?vault=vaultname&filepath=Journal%252F2022%252F2022-W32%252F2022-08-06.md&line=71&commandid=obsidian-tasks-plugin%253Aedit-task
