If custom byline field is set, don't show posts on author archive pages/feeds

If the plain text largo custom byline text field is populated (instead of using a guest author in co-authors plus or something similar) the post will still be assigned to the WP author who posted it. This means it will show up on that author's archive page, in the rss feed for that author, etc. and the byline will be correct (using the override) but it's a little confusing to see these posts here because they're not "by" that author.

This is probably a wontfix, given #1249's goal to deprecate the custom bylines causing this problem.
