In week view some dates are missing #488

In the demo project, uncomment this line (self.calendar.scope = .week) and run. Scroll to the end of November 2016 and the 1, 2, and 3 of December are missing. If you scroll to December, the first date that appears is the 4th. The same for January 2017, the 29, 30 and 31st don't appear.
