Issue Overview

I read a blog post about meta blocks from @BE-Webdesign. He used the isPrivate property to hide it from the inserter. This property is missing in the docs: https://wordpress.org/gutenberg/handbook/block-api/

I think it's useful for Meta-Blocks like the example in the blog post.
