It would be lovely if Reusable Blocks that the user has created appeared in the Recent tab of the inserter.

To do this, we would have to store the reusable block's ID (block.attributes.ref) in the list of recently used blocks (preferences.recentlyUsedBlocks) that we store.

#4224 contained a solution for this which should be be easily salvageable.
