What problem does this address?

Currently InnerBlocks template allows only defining blocks, but it would be really great if we could add a specific html markup between blocks.

What is your proposed solution?

While something like this has been attempted here #24232 but unfortunately reverted here #25196 , I was wondering would a simpler approach might be better - to allow 'before' and 'after' parameters for each inner block where custom html could be defined for each block.
