Describe the bug
The page https://wordpress.org/support/update-php/ doesn't redirect to the new URL, https://wordpress.org/documentation/update-php/

When you go to the updated URL, it doesn't seem to pick up the breadcrumbs or other elements that should be on the page.

Interesting — this one is a page, not an article, so it wasn't deliberately included in the migration. There's another page, Site Health: keep your website healthy, with the same situation. Since they're pages they don't inherit the correct template, which is why the layout is wrong.

@estelaris Could these be converted into articles? That way they'll get the same template as the other articles, and I can add simple redirects for these two.

If not, and they should stay as pages on /documentation/, I can update the page template (& add the redirects).

We are moving both pages to articles. Feel free to close this ticket as the docs team needs to review the content first.

@bengreeley and @ryelle We need to reopen this issue. I found out that these pages cannot become articles cause they link from "inside" WordPress, which means they need a redirect.
Hre is more info https://make.wordpress.org/core/2019/01/14/php-site-health-mechanisms-in-5-1/ and https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/4004.

I am reporting to the core team also as I do not know who needs to change/redirect what to where.

Update, it was reported to meta https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/6740#ticket

There is an issue with a post that has the similar problem, reported it to meta #6930. The mentioned post has been redirected to DevHub and it broke the link in WP admin

@estelaris Could you wait to unpublish these pages until after the redirects from #59 are in place? That way the content is still available for users, and once the issue is closed you can clean up the Documentation site.
