Update Button Stays Highlighted

Describe the bug
The Update All button stays highlighted even after all updates have been made. Plus the dropdown arrow does not work - no dropdown happens when I click on the arrow.

Expected behavior
The Update All button should become grayed out after all addons have been updated. The dropdown arrow should cause a dropdown menu to actually drop down.
