All addons showed twice

Describe the bug
I was using the standard version and now i migrate to WOWUP.CF - i am using MACOS ARM version and all wow add ons are shown twice

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
When i open WowUP.app  i see all add-on i have shown twice - check the screenshot

Expected behavior
Each add-on should be listed once

When i did rescan it fix it, it's still a bug but less impactful. maybe need to force rescan when moving from older version.

It's a visual bug that has been happening for awhile, we haven't been able to find what is causing it. The only way to fix it is rescan folders and it will remove the doubles for you.
