Maybe OSMUpload/Tag are candidates for deprecation:

they aren't documented on ODK docs, XLSForm docs, or XLSForm reference template
in the original ticket Support XForms OSM Upload Media Type #25 the link for RedCross docs is dead
Dan from RedCross said on the forum in 2021 that OMK is not maintained for "several years", considered "legacy", and probably functionally replaced by entities.

In which case the question type dictionary, survey element class/subclasses, test cases, etc should be updated to remove support.
