😱貌似减小teredo客户端刷新间隔从30秒变成20或15秒，都未能提高稳定性，哪怕 netsh int ipv6 show teredo 正常，都偶尔有 XX-Net 中断或不正常。试试：
#8919 (comment) 批处理实现每五秒自动检测一次teredo状态（一直运行）
经32Windows10Pro 使用系统默认服务器测试，（管理权限运行）
netsh int ipv6 set teredo enterpriseclient default default default
貌似 XX-Net 一直正常了😱

转：把注册表修改了一下，机器重启就好了 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\TCPIP6\Parameters 修改 DisabledComponents 十六进制值为0，没有项目新建一个DWORD（32位）值。
