Location Submission Page- Show Timer/Page Redirect On Timer Expiration

On the page for submitting the location, rapport item, and card being sold by a merchant:

Can we -
A. Put the expiration timer on when the merchants close to display on this page? Sometimes I'm doing searching close to when the timer is going to run out, and I keep searching after the timer has expired and have wasted time searching.
AND/OR
B. When on the submission page if someone submits the information before you do it redirects you back to the listing page, which is great. However if the timer runs out while I'm on the submission page there is no timer for me to see and there is no redirect back to the listing page. Possibly consider redirecting back to the listing page when the timer has run out? At the very least we need to be able to see the timer on the submission page to know how much time we have remaining or we can end up checking all the spots when time is up already and never find anyone which is a waste of time for us.
