Playing BD backup with menu in C200

In Yamj, with Bluray structure (out of ISO files), the play bouton is
linked to the main M2TS file because it's what PCH-A1x0 was able to play.
Now C200 can fully play BD structure, so something should be done in Yamj
to switch between the old and the new behaviour.

Via a new option is the settings?

Probably, link to the main folder, the same as how DVD structures work in A1x0.
