Multiple bugs with SratimPlugin [Patch Supplied]

Original issue 1043 created by Omertron on 2009-10-12T13:33:52.000Z:

• fix small typo in properties
• remove redundant backslash from url
• fix html entities in movie titles for example "
• add support for .sub subtitle files (both to download and to check for
  existance)
• add support for simmetric to find the best subtitle based on name
  similarity. this is done using an open source called simmetric
  (http://www.dcs.shef.ac.uk/~sam/simmetrics.html supported by sourceforge.net)
• add an option to prevent downloading of non-hebrew subtitles, default is
  turned off (download all langs)
• add support for downloading subtitles for movies with more than one part

Fixed in r1141
