Image Folder is missing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.with all the release from 1.5 - till R1195
if a directory is specified in moviejukebox.properties with
poster.scanner.coverArtDirectory=Image
fanart and jpg stored in the folder aren't taken in the xml generated, even
if the xml and fanart are previously deleted from the jukebox
it's independent of the skin used

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
fanart and jgp should be taken while the folder is specified in the properties

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
all the version from 1.5 to r1195

Please provide any additional information below.

The property poster.scanner.coverArtDirectory is specifically for CoverArt (posters)
and therefore other image types won't be picked up from that directory.
