Blu-ray Bonus Disks/Extras

Main writeup taken from kcstueber posts and my experience:

On Blu-ray titles that have a Bonus Disk I cannot get the Bonus Disk to
show up properly and play [no matter what different method is tried]

I have tried a number of different ways to name the folders (I'll use UP as
an example):

BD Movies\UP\UP [Disc1]\BDMV etc.
BD Movies\UP\UP [Disc2]\BDMV etc.

BD Movies\UP\UP [Disc1]\BDMV etc.
BD Movies\UP\UP [Extras]\BDMV etc.
This one showed the up with the Extras link, but the main button played the
Bonus Disk and the Extras button played the Main Movie Disk.

BD Movies\UP [Part1]\BDMV etc.
BD Movies\UP [Part2]\BDMV etc.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Only the first disk for the movie is seen, nothing else.

What version of YAMJ are you using? On what operating system?
YAMJ r1295...AEON v2.9.1220

What device are you using YAMJ on? Networked Media Tank, PlayonHD, Other?

Please provide any additional information below.
Previously by using the [Extra] method the disks would show up, however the
somewhere over the last 5 YAMJ builds, the functionality went away.

Any ideas/suggestions?
