Jukebox can't be generated to directory with cyrillic characters

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create directory eg. Мультимедия
2.Configure YAMJ (you need to specify windows-1251 in header - because YAMJ
won't find library at all with utf-8)
3.Run My_YAMJ.cmd

Instead of specified path, you'll get Jukebox in - eg.: Z:/unreadable
dir/Jukebox, instead of Z:/Мультимедия/Jukebox

Any YAMJ version on C200

YAMJ "read" .properties file (so and create dir) using CP866.
how i can specify in moviejukebox.properties, variable mjb.jukeboxRoot is CP1251?
(Z:/Мультимедиа) ? or how i can enter using default CP dir "in cyrillic"?
