New index not updating correctly

about 3-4 weeks ago a couple tv shows stopped moving up in the new list when they get new episodes. Leverage and True Blood are the two I have noticed but I'm sure there are more...

I did pretty much everything you can to get it to move:

• deleted everything in the jukebox for them
• ran my jukebox taking 1 library out at a time with the clean option
• touch their dates
• changed their filenames

The only thing that got them to move up was make a fake nfo file for them and then when they moved it appears out of order where season 3 was before season 2 in the set index for them.

With all the new seasons now airing, I am running into a more that are not updating. This time its The Big Bang Theory.. All off the items not updating seem to share that they have 4 seasons. That doesn't mean season 4, some of them are season 3 but those have a season 0 making it the 4th season.

Looking at the filedate in the xml for the seasons, some of them are up to date but some of them are for a few episodes back. Maybe recheck is changing the date and its not always the newest episode?

Created files with dates 1-Aug-2010, ran YAMJ
as expected all the XML files have the correct dates in there.

Added new file to 3rd season (4th with a S00E01 file) and the XML updated and the Index_New was created.

try it with a few shows/movies where it would be last in the new list, and then add a 4th season episode where it should move up in the list to the first spot and it won't move..
