New Category always empty when new-movies category is set to false

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. I set new-movies to false in categories-default.xml
2. re run YAMJ
   3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I must see new movies and new TV movies in new category
new category is empty

What version/revision of YAMJ are you using? On what operating system?
r2527
windows 7 x64

What skin are you using?
default, aeon

What device are you using YAMJ on? Networked Media Tank, PlayonHD, Other?
Popcorn C200
