Original issue 2151 created by Omertron on 2011-10-29T12:07:38.000Z:

What steps will reproduce the problem?

genres.xlm works fine in html skin
but in flash skin "eversion" the subgenre are displayed.

I m not developer. I can't say more.
Skin developer Accident of "eversion" knows this issue.

His answer here:
http://www.networkedmediatank.com/showthread.php?tid=52870&pid=515279#pid515279

"Has anyone put this bug on the yamj issues google code site? It sounds like it knows there is no index to make but still adds it to the list. Eversion can only see the list, not if it points to something there".

I don't if there is a good solution for that.
But now we all know that there is a big update of popcorn c200 in next month.
And with this we can't use html skin.

thanks.

Yamj: 2.6 r2735
Skin: eversion
OS: windows 7 X64

Before flash skin I use genres.xml when the same category is written in different way:

Comedie Comedy

A solution is to have a parameter to record only genre in NFO and not subgenre or all.

mjb.xmlGenreFile.subgenre=false/true

You can close this issue.

It is too stupid, I just had to add this parameter :

mjb.filter.genres=true in moviejukebox.properties

(Default value : mjb.filter.genres=false)

With HTML skin I do not remember having used this parameter. ????

But all works fine now. :-)
