Original issue 2238 created by Omertron on 2011-12-18T03:28:11.000Z:

What device are you using YAMJ on? Networked Media Tank, PlayonHD, Other?

Networked Media Tank PCH-C200

Please describe in as much detail as possible what new feature you want:

One of the good things about MKVs is that one can attach relevant files. YAMJ can use NFO files that are stored in the same directory as the video file itself. As a step further, it would be great if YAMJ can utilize embedded files in MKVs (such as images, NFOs, XML, etc) giving such files similar functions as ID3 tags in MP3s. For one, it provides less clutter to where the video files are stored, and like MP3s, it makes MKVs complete.

To be honest, I've only dealt with creating MKV files, so I'm not really sure if other container formats have similar functions.
