The log file shows messages from the XML reader, which is not what I would expect if you had built from scratch.

All xml files were removed before reindexing. I guess YAMJ creates the xml files in several passes. Once they are create, the are updated in another pass, that's the only explanation I can see...

Stuart, I have just detected some hardware-like errors on my NMT's HD. I will reformat it and reindex from scratch, and let you know what happens.

Hi Stuart!
Now my HD is clean. It's been reformated and I've restored my jubebox from a backup I made just before reformating. After that, I removed most xml & html files and reindexed.
As you will see in the attached file "Classified errors.txt", I found 5 types of errors, which I have sorted.
Additionally, I join YAMJ log files.
I would be grateful if you could help.
Thanks again.

Allocine errors look like connection issues - [java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect]

The others seem to be I/O errors when writing, possibly due to the number of files being created.

I would re-run the jukebox and it should pick up the missing files.
I'm a little concerned that there are still cast xml files being written with blank space at the end.

I re-ran the jukebox but the missing files were not picked up, again.
Log files attached.
Thanks
