You need to use Sratim plugin that include that feature.
When using the IMDB plugin, Sratim subtitles can not be downloaded. This is not a bug.

I have tested the latest build and the Sratim subtitles works perfect.

Amityony, Can you explain the steps required to get the jpg to download? I couldn't
replicate it.

  1. To download subtitles you need to create an account at Sratim web site, and verify the email address.
    Use this link (and google translate if required)
    http://www.sratim.co.il/users/register.aspx

  2. Set the plugin to Sratim:
    mjb.internet.plugin=com.moviejukebox.plugin.SratimPlugin
    mjb.internet.tv.plugin=com.moviejukebox.plugin.SratimPlugin

  3. Enable the Sratim subtitle download:
    sratim.subtitle=true

  4. Set the username and password of the account you created in step 1.
    sratim.username=jhonsmith
    sratim.password=jhonpassword

  5. Run the moviejukebox and scan a directory with some movies. A file called Sratim.jpg will be created with
    login code, and the software will exit with instructions.

  6. Open the Sratim.jpg file, and read the code it is displaying.

  7. Enter the code in the properties file:
    sratim.code=X5AB

  8. Run the moviejukebox again, and now it will automatically download subtitles for your movies.

hi avish259,

Please run the moviejukebox from the cmd prompt. The sratim.jpg is created in the same directory you are in.

  • Do you see the instruction for checking the jpg file content when running the jukebox ?
  • Did you erased the jukebox directory after changing the settings ?

If you need more help, please attach your moviejukebox.log and moviejukebox.properties files here (after
commenting your user/password).

Hi Amityony and thanks for all your help
i still can't get it to work

  1. i don't see any instructions on the jpf file in my directory
  2. i've created a new jukebox directory in irder to check this plugin so it's all
    new files.

i've attached the two files

Hope you can help
thanks

avish259,
Did you scan a movie file (mkv/avi/ts/m2ts/other) without subtitle file ?
I don't see the software even trying to initiate subtitle download.

hi
yes i've scanned a file that doesn't have a .srt file in the same library
the file is a .mkv file that has a subtitle in the sratim site (checked it before)
so i don't know why it's not working for me i even tried some diffrent movie files

You should also go to Sratim web site, and verify manually that your movie does have subtitles in the site.

i've done it
this is the movie file: Elegy.LiMiTED.DVDRiP.XViD-RUSTLE.ShareHeaven.avi
and this is the file from the Sratim site : Elegy.2008.DVDRip.XviD-RuSTLe

is there any name convention i'm missing?
cause it finds the posters and trailer only the subtitles are missing

thank

So you should rename the movie file to be what it is on Sratim and then the subtitles
should work
