It would be nice to be able to turn off the processing of trailers that are
physically on the harddrive, and just have a link to the trailers' movie
file in the main movie details.
If you are like me and have set the moviejukebox.properties to download 1
trailer for every movie, and don't need the index pages created just for
the extras, you could cut the processing time in half this way.
