Geht deine Idee aus einer Problemstellung hervor? / Is your feature related to a problem?

Kieler Moodle restarts everyday at 11 pm. You might want to stay on the localy cached version while this happens, as moodle is unusable for a few minutes up to hours during this.

Use the beforeunload event and additionally show a notification that the side is currently down and should not be left
