Update library to 1.0.11 in Platform.IO

currently, I had to manually download this library to use it for my project (as the version in platform.IO is 1.0.8, which had issues with the alarm)

Update the library version in platform.io to 1.0.11

I have only added and updated my libraries here on GitHub and don't know how I would move them to platform.io.
