Furnace states don't get reset when pressing reset taking away what you have feed to them #4

Whenever feeding something to a furnace, assembler or simmilar. Tese Items stay in those entities even after resetting and if the entity was placed after hitting start the item that was fed get's lost completely.
I imagine that is quite hard to fix without changing how the mod works, if so don't worry it's not that important just something i ran across.
[Same as, when you deconstruct something that was already there before you pressed start and replace it mid run it get's deconstructed again. (Or in generell stuff you deconstruct that was there before does not get replaced)]
