Very nice work!

I don't have much free time to work on SBE, and I don't see this changing in the near future. Would you like to join or even take care of SBE from now on, instead of diverging with another fork?

I'm open to this or other suggestions you may have.

Your offer to join SBE project is pleasure to me, but I'm not sure that I'll have enough time for supporting it on regular basis.

The purpose of this fork is integrating the corner-rounding effect with SBE's configuration and providing the ability to install and use them together as a solid thing. I work on it in my free time and not regularly, it's rather a toy for me and an opportunity to relax by switching my brain to something different than my usual work stuff.

Though I could do some PR's to upstream SBE, like fixing some SBE-related things in this fork or adding support to newer Plasma release.

I understand. Please note that there won't be obligations neither it needs to be on a regular basis. Upstream PR's would be very much welcome. Also your new config panel for rounded corners would make me and other SBE users very happy (see kupiqu#104 as an example). Thanks in advance!
