Number of right / wrong / empty answers

Our teachers are demanding three extra columns to the overview reports (and downloaded files too). These columns are the number of: correct answers, wrong answers and empty answers.
I've been trying to guess how obtain those values but it's not easy enough for me.
Is it possible to add the three extra columns? Is there any "select" to get those values?
