Popup issue when updating a quiz question version

Hi Offline Quiz Team.
When updating the version of a quiz question, an informational popup appears. However, after clicking the OK button, the popup appears again. The issue was detected in the plugin version 4.1.7.

Would it be possible to fix this issue?
