Insignia Disappearing When Vest is Selected in ACE Arsenal

Description:
After selecting an insignia from the insignia tab and then selecting a vest from the Vest tab, the insignia disappears from the character model. Tested with multiple uniforms.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to ACE Arsenal.
2. Select a uniform that displays insignia.
3. Select any insignia from the insignia tab.
4. Select any vest from the vest tab.
5. See insignia disappear from character model/uniform.
6. Select another uniform that displays insignia to see that insignia is still "selected" if the uniform is changed but is not visible when a vest is selected.

Expected behavior:
Insignia should stay visible when vest is selected or switched.
