Add worload maui on ios and windows image ?

Hello Community,

I would like to purpose to add the maui worload in image (MacOS and Windows (and maybe Ubuntu)) to avoid to each pipeline build to wait the execution of "dotnet workload install maui" during over 4 minutes for each build (one for Android, one for iOS ...)

If it's possible, I (and maybe someone else) will appreciate to have this on the image :)
