Tocmat server name shows in home page does not match real server name #144

VSCode Version: 1.21.0
OS Version: Windows 10
Tomcat Extension Version: 0.6.1

Steps to Reproduce:

Add Tomcat server from Tomcat Explorer
Rename the server
Right click server to open it in browser
Check the server name

Expected: The server name shows in home page match the server name shows in Tomcat Explorer
