When Brackets is maximized, it shows a thick white border bleeding out onto any neighbouring monitors. When Brackets is active, the white border shows on top of other windows, which makes for a distracting visual when switching between Brackets on monitor 1 and the browser on monitor 2.
When brackets is not maximized, there's no thick white border around the window. Only when maximized.
Using Windows 7 x64 and Brackets-sprint35.
For completeness sake, I'm also using Actual Multiple Monitors 4.3 free. Maybe it helps to know that.
